Dr Anne has over 30 years’ experience gained from Education and Financial sector both in the private and public sector. She has worked in various institutions which include: Thunguma Academy(Principal), Wamuritu Secondary School(Commerce teacher), Ruthagati High School, St Edward High School(Nairobi),Faulu Kenya Microfinance Bank and ECLOF Kenya Microfinance.
Dr Anne is a (CHRP-K)Certified Human Resource Professional and a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management(IHRM).She consults widely in financial literacy with local and international Non-Governmental Organization. She represented the microfinance sector in Kenya in Credit & Risk curriculum development with Financial Sector Deepening (Africa). Dr Anne has widely researched on youth enterprises has published 4 articles in peer refereed journals.
She is a business advisor and mentor for the youths and women across different sectors. She is also the chairperson in the technical team for Banking & other financial services at Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) for ISO certifications. She gives an oversight role in church as an elder in-charge of Professionals & Business community where capacity building, mentorship and networking are well propagated for a holistic personal development. She further examines and supervises PhD and Master’s Thesis for Strathmore and PAC Universities.
